At Gone Bananas Beachwear, we want you to feel confident in your suit, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags and liners intact. We strive to ensure every customer finds their perfect fit for the sun and sand.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all hygienic liners and brand tags are still attached to the beachwear.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it firmly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
